I was looking for some sea creatures to use in a new design and couldn’t find many except the Go Media Pack, so I made one and if you want them go ahead and get em.

Same as before, anything strike you as one to run with? Art is never finished, only abandoned.

Would love some feedback about the logo drafts I have created for http://churchcrunch.com
Kinda tough though because Jon (the head guy) doesn’t exactly know what he is looking for, but I am sure we can find it if we work together.
I will also be giving free design help on your blog if you help me critique this.

Headed back to PDX to do a special service at New Hope. Cool things are a happening on this blog and in my life. Sarah and I are doing smashing which got me thinking about some words of wisdom I got from Kung Fu Panda.
In one part the rat talks to the turtle master and is scared because the bad kung fu guy might escape from the dungeon he is in.
The turtle looks at the rat and say’s, “One often meets their destiny on the road one takes to avoid it.”
Sound familiar? I was on the road to avoid a destiny without worry and poverty and ended up in that exact spot. Business had failed, life had failed, money had failed. FAIL.
Then God, in awesmazing timing had the brilliance to squeeze a little eminent domain into my life and now I am at New hope, a job I would kill for (not literally…maybe though). My family is cooking a long nicely and all in all I am super excited that my destiny is in His hands.
Here’s to a good New Year.
I think I will start writing a book just like @drho but mine will be different. More to come on this.

Life is good when you get excited about putting textures on things. The best way to make depth in any design piece is to add the beloved textures. Here you go.

This is a special vector pack to my heart. Near and dearness, gritty dirtiness. Makes the ground look clean.

Loving the vakay right now. You would not believe how hard it is to be the worship guy for a church in transition.
Daily second guessing yourself and others. Feeling about (..) this big and all the while knowing that God has me where he wants me.
It is quite surprising how amazing the hardness of working at a church is. I totally understand why Jesus told us to pray “Thy will be done…”
Because it is exactly that, His will, his perfect will being done in my imperfect life.
Yay to vakay and yay to the grind.
